Cancellation Policy

Booking & Reservation Policy 1. Eligibility & Verification Before a booking is confirmed, all renters must meet the following criteria: Active Status: Must provide proof of an active account with a recognized gig platform (Uber, Lyft, DoorDash, etc.). Driver Requirements: Minimum age of 21, a valid Georgia Driver’s License, and a clean driving record (no major violations in the last 3 years). Identity: A background check and MVR (Motor Vehicle Report) may be performed prior to key handover. 2. Security Deposit Requirement A refundable security deposit of $250 is required to secure any vehicle. This deposit is held for the duration of the rental and will be refunded within 5-7 business days after the vehicle is returned in the agreed-upon condition (fuel level matched, no new damage, and clean interior). 3. Payment Terms Advance Payment: Your first week/month of rent + your security deposit must be paid in full before the vehicle is released. Recurring Billing: To ensure uninterrupted use, all subsequent payments may be automatically charged to the card on file if payment isn't received. Late Payments: As per our Georgia Rental Agreement, if payment is not received within 12 hours of the due date, the vehicle’s Remote Kill Switch will be activated. 4. Cancellation & "No-Show" Policy We understand that plans change, but a reserved car is a car we cannot rent to another driver. Cancellations: Must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time for a full refund of the first week's rent. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup will result in a $125. Cancellation Fee deducted from the deposit. No-Shows: If you do not arrive within 4 hours of your scheduled pickup time without prior notice, your reservation will be cancelled and the car released to the next driver. 5. Pickup & Return Protocol Pickup: All pickups occur at our Atlanta/Marietta hub between 8am and 8pm. You must bring your physical Driver's License. Return Condition: Vehicles must be returned clean and with the same fuel level as recorded at pickup. Late Returns: A late return fee of $50 per hour applies if the vehicle is not returned by the scheduled time, unless an extension has been approved and paid for in advance. 6. Right of Refusal We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel a booking at any time if a driver fails to meet insurance requirements, provides fraudulent documentation, or displays behavior that suggests hazardous driving abilities.
